We have had a LONG past two days....we began our trip with a leg to London. Everything went well with the flight and having a 12 hour layover, we decided to leave the airport and do some site-seeing in the city. During the process of trying to leave the airport, we ran into STEVEN TYLER! Then, with our new dose of excitement, we boarded a train and headed to Paddington Square. On our map, all of the 'major' sites seemed to be close together and within walking distance...well, that did not prove to be the case! I think we walked about 102 miles during the course of the day and our feet are still hurting. But we had a great time seeing places such as Westminster Alley and Buckingham Palace and we also got to ride on the London Eye. When it was time to head back, it began to rain. We were soaked and managed to end up at the wrong train station! Haha, but we made it to the airport in time and headed off around 8pm for Dubai.
We're sitting at a Starbucks in the Dubai airport now, enjoying our first encounter with the internet. Our plane leaves here in two hours and we should be in Tanzania by 3:30 pm (that's 7:30 am in Fort Worth). We're tired and ready for a shower, but very excited to meet the missionary family we'll be working with. Thanks for all your support and we'll try to keep you guys updated along the way.

Good morning Sweethearts! Hope your feet have recovered. Take an anti-inflammatory (with food). So good to hear from you - your adventure thus far.
